NexEMR Lite is intentionally simple, local software designed for everyday hospital use. Once your staff is familiar with it, most hospitals should be able to continue using it without ongoing technical assistance.
There is no compulsory AMC after the first year. NexEMR Lite does not depend on a complicated server setup or continuous cloud infrastructure, so routine use should require very little ongoing support.
We are still available if something comes up. Email us and we will help wherever possible. Optional paid support is available when more hands-on assistance is required. On-site visits, if ever necessary, may include travel charges.

NexEMR Lite installations don't sync data with each other. Running the same module on multiple machines means separate, disconnected records — not a shared view of the same patients. A second licence works best for a genuinely separate scan or counter, not as a way to add more seats for the same workflow.
